PBA makes it easy for clients to evaluate our performance and to easily track every claim. This is achieved by distributing printed reports and by installing computers on-site so that our clients can view reports, and even individual claims, on-line at their medical facility.

In addition, we have generated a greatly expanded insurance/payor database that enables us to

• forecast how much can actually be collected from each account, and
• provide a more realistic estimation of accounts receivable. This has so far proven accurate to within 1%.

This also enables PBA to continuously track how various payors are performing, allowing us to solve problems more rapidly. At the same time, it enables our clients to measure how well we are performing.
